Why do restrooms smell bad?

So… especially in men’s restrooms, guys tend to miss toilets and urinals quite a bit… that urine then lands on the floor, lower walls and the underside of toilets and urinals. Sorry for the graphic description, but this is why men’s restrooms rarely smell good. Women aren’t off the hook… one major overlooked area is those small garbage containers meant for female “time of the month” waste. The enzyme cleaner I use takes care of the smell inside the garbage containers, leaving behind a pleasant lime scent. This special combo of enzyme cleaner and carpet cleaning deodorizer (it works well) leaves your restroom clean, smelling nice, shiny and I coat most high touch areas with my ceramic spray to make them much easier to keep clean.

Another common smelly source is in sink drains and floor drains. Drain Muck builds inside the p-trap and pipes, which causes odors and slow drainage. I treat both issues with a powerful enzyme that dissolves the muck build-up, helping to get rid of smells AND drain flies in many cases.

As with most deep cleaning projects, I like to do walk thru inspections, so I can see the scope of the work and make sure I can get you the results you want. I even offer free sample area cleans, so you can see the expected results before you buy. Fair?

I offer flat rates, it’s just easier for both of us. Estimated rates based on past jobs $300 – $600 for 2 restrooms. This includes a deep scrub & enzyme treatment for toilets, urinals and sinks. All partitions are washed, rinsed, dried, walls are scrubbed by toilets / urinals, floors are deep cleaned by machine with corners being detailed by hand…. and much more. And YES… high touch areas and glass all get the ceramic to help you keep it cleaner with way less time and effort.
