Residential Tile & Grout Deep Cleaning

  • Do you want to get your tile and grout floors looking clean again, corner to corner?
  • How about your tile and grout walls? Are you unhappy with their appearance?
  • Is the problem in the shower, the kitchen, or somewhere else?
  • What type of soil? Mold / mildew? Greasy kitchen? Not sure… or all of the above?

Personally I enjoy cleaning tile and grout… it’s very satisfying watching gunky floors and walls return to the original state… or pretty damn close to it.

So… if you have such an issue that you want done… text me please. We can schedule a walk-thru so I can see what we’re dealing with and you can tell me what you want done.

You’ll find me friendly, genuinely wanting to help, and my work…. well, I offer the best guarantee around! If I don’t produce the results that we agree upon, you don’t pay. Simple as that. It’s only fair imo, as you’re paying for results, not my efforts. I know that’s rare nowadays!

I’ve only had one client take me up on that and that was after I insisted…. why? Because at the time, I didn’t know how to remove a small wine stain from a beige carpet. She told me not to worry about it, but I insisted she not pay.

She has since referred 3 other customers my way… so it worked out well AND I learned how to remove all sorts of stains and smells since then (2 years ago)! 🙂

Tile & grout deep cleaning services include:

  • Vacuum the whole room to remove loose dirt and pet hair.
  • Spread our solution on a 10X10 ft section at a time
  • Wait 10-15 minutes for the solution to loosen up the embedded dirt in the tile & grout
  • Scrub the area with our Counter Rotating Brush machines… while getting into all the tight corners by hand.
  • Vacuum up dirty water – making sure to dry out corners and baseboards completely.
  • Mop with fresh clean water to remove any remaining dirty water.
  • I then let the floor dry and inspect it. If it’s still dirty, I do the process again. Most floors only need one treatment, but some floors that haven’t been deep cleaned in many years do require a second cleaning. There’s no extra charge for this. It’s why I do flat rates – No surprises for either of us.
  • (Optional) Spray down and mop in a high quality solvent sealer. The sealer protects the tile and grout from stains settling in and also makes cleaning your floor alot easier, as the dirt won’t get so embedded. To clarify, your floor will still get dirty, but you’ll be able to keep it looking clean much longer with just standard mopping. If you have low traffic, then you don’t really need sealing, but sealing is a good investment if you eat and drink often near the tile or if it’s a natural stone floor, then sealing is recommended to help keep long term value in your floors.

As for wall tile and grout:

Wall tile and grout is similar but different. It can be deep cleaned by hand or with a hand held power scrubber. It depends largely on the tile material and the condition of the grout. In most cases I can restore it quite well… but if the grout is falling out, then you’ll need a company that cleans and regrouts.

Get a free price quote for your floor tile and grout and let’s see if I can help you get it alot cleaner for alot less money than the bigger companies will charge you. I guarantee all my work… so if I can’t get it clean to your liking, I won’t charge you. Fair?
