Why is deep cleaning more expensive?

So let’s start with a little context…

General Maintenance or Basic Cleaning is more of a light maintenance type cleaning, which takes care of surface dust, spills, fingerprints and other relatively “quick” cleaning tasks.

Residential Deep Cleaning (at least my version of it), is a much more detailed type cleaning that gives you a very clean polished look! This is customized to what you want done, but can include:

• Pulling out the refrigerator and oven to sweep / vacuum up all the crumbs and gunk, detail washing the floor and the sides of those appliances and the cabinets they sit against.
• Removing stuff out of your cabinets to vacuum and detail clean inside and putting everything back.
• Wall to wall vacuuming in a slower crisscross pattern… this gives you a much deeper vacuuming of the dust and dirt in the carpet that you don’t see. It’s that dirt that makes carpet traffic lanes get matted down.
• Deep vacuuming also includes “hunting” down spider webs, built up pet hair, and inside couches. On a side note… before any vacuuming takes place, I inspect the area carefully to look for “stuff” on the floor that you likely did not know it was there… stuff like diamond rings, joints, “hidden items” from years ago… I kid you not, I find all sorts of things I won’t mention here on these inspections. LOL
• Washable walls are wiped down, wall tile and grout can be machine cleaned and resealed, most water stains and limescale can be removed, and so much more.

My deep cleaning is more expensive because I really do deep clean your residence or business as much as possible. Depending on how dirty your space and which materials comprise your bathrooms and kitchen, this can be very time consuming or it can go reasonably quick.

I do walk-thru’s to determine what you want to accomplish & to give you my flat rate price. Telling me over the phone or texting me pictures does not give me an accurate assessment, so I require a walk-thru.

I don’t mind negotiating within reason, I’m a fair man. But if you give me the job at my quoted price, I’ll not only give you great results, but I’ll find something I can toss into the deal as a thank you! 🙂
