Office Restroom Deep Clean & Protect Service

So a few days ago, I started marketing my new office restroom deep cleaning service at a flat rate of $450 for 2 restrooms. Yep, it’s a little steep on the price at first glance, but when you see what it includes, you’ll wonder why I don’t charge more! 😀

Obviously I can’t give many specifics here as office restrooms come in all sorts of sizes, configurations, and materials. Some are newer, some haven’t had a good deep cleaning since Dolly Parton was singing “9 to 5” on the radio. Okay, maybe not that bad, but I’ve seen some that would make me wanna “hold it” til I got home!

Humor aside…. my restroom deep clean is an “old school” deep clean! Not that BS no touch restroom spray-down that some companies offer.

The general outline of what you can expect:

• All walls get pre-sprayed with a lemon scented commercial grade disinfectant and a high quality enzyme cleaner. This combo not only kills 99.9% of surface bacteria, it continues working for up to 48 hours penetrating into grout lines & the areas where urine hides and creates that nasty odor we all hate. All cleaning solutions and methods I use, leave behind a light citrus scent and do not contain anything harmful to humans or pets. My goal is always to make everything the best and the safest for users.
• So… moving on – All partitions, toilets, sinks, urinals, dispensers, garbage areas, hand dryers, light fixtures, entry doors, etc. are cleaned, disinfected and deodorized by hand for top quality results.
• To help you keep your deep cleaned bathroom looking great for longer, I can wax select areas of toilets, sinks and more. YES, I use car wax to keep bathroom faucets, metal partitions and other areas looking clean for longer. It’s a little known “hack” that works quite well in many cases. (it will also keep your shower at home a lot cleaner too)
• Now besides all the cleaning and polishing / waxing described above… I will also machine deep clean all your restroom floors and baseboards.
• Select floor types can also be sealed (matte or shiny) to make the floor easier to clean moving forward. Additional charge for the floor sealer, but no extra labor charge.
