Tile and Grout Floor Deep Cleaning

While mopping is good for removing coffee spills, jelly donut goop, winter salt residue, etc… mopping doesn’t do squat for that ground in gunk that makes tiles look so grungy. The only way to get your floor tiles looking really clean is with a good cleaning solution, a floor scrubbing machine, dwell time and patience.

My floor tile & grout cleaning service is for businesses (and homes) that are fine paying a higher price for high quality results. I’m not crazy high, but I’m definitely not cheap. Several of my clients initially rejected my quotes and went with other cheaper options

I start by sweeping / vacuuming and then a quick mopping to remove the easy surface dirt. Then I prespray the floor with an appropriate detergent that works best and safely for your flooring material. I won’t bore you with all the details, but I’ll say that your floor is scrubbed with a Counter Rotating Brush machine multiple times to get it as clean as possible.

Most floors come out looking great, but some floors that are not cleaned very well… they will come out much cleaner, but not as good as floors that are maintained regularly. I do recommend getting your floor sealed. The purpose of sealing the floor is to prevent future dirt (coffee, soda, grease, dirty mop water, etc.) from seeping into the tile and grout. This helps you keep your floor looking much better for considerably longer. Because this is such an important helpful step, I charge $30 for the sealer itself, but not anything for labor.

My tile & grout deep cleaning prices are usually $300 for homes in most cases but prices can be more or less depending how much floor area you have and it’s overall condition. I try to keep prices reasonable, but I gotta earn a living too. 🙂
