Residential Cleaning
With most new customers, we recommend having us deep clean your place initially and then we can do general cleaning going forward to maintain that super clean look.
But if you have been cleaning on a regular basis, you may not need a deep cleaning.
Below is a brief description of both of our residential cleaning services.
Detailed Deep Cleaning
Our Detailed Deep Cleaning service is for people that want pretty much everything dusted, vacuumed, damp wiped and scrubbed clean. Most deep cleans range from $350 to $700, it largely depends how dirty, how large and how detailed you want your cleaning to be.
This service is fully customized to what you want done. Below we will list off some of the things that are included, but because everyone’s home is different, you can show and tell us in person what you want done and what you don’t want done. Because everything is customized, there is no one price for everyone. It all depends on what you want done and how big / dirty your space is.
It can include:
- Dusting and vacuuming the ceiling, walls, on top of cabinets, along walls, under beds and dressers… and pretty much everywhere we can reach.
- Detail cleaning all tables, chairs, dressers, cabinets, cases, appliances, stove / oven, microwave, refrigerator, pet areas, etc.
- Fully cleaning bathroom fixtures such as toilets, showers, sinks, tiles, floors, walls, etc.
- If desired, we also have the ability to machine clean most floor types, but we do not deep clean or polish marble / granite. Sorry, that’s a very specialized skillset that is better left to people that specialize in that type of work.
General / Maintenance Cleaning
General / Maintenance cleanings are still good quality cleanings, but they are not as detailed.
They are focused more on the surfaces that you use most often, like kitchen countertops, stove tops, outsides of cabinets, sinks, showers, toilets, bedroom dresser tops, ceiling fans, etc.
All floors are still vacuumed wall to wall, including along baseboards done by hand… but for example, general cleaning doesn’t include inside the oven, moldings over doors, wiping chair / table legs or vacuuming walls.
But overall, it’s still a good cleaning… as long as you know it is a more basic” cleaning.
